This project provided high-quality residential accommodation for 498 students in self-catering cluster flats of each containing 5 or 7 study bedrooms, with an on-site management facility. The building is located in a prominent, steeply-sloping location in central Dundee and has been designed as a series of linked towers rising from 6 storeys relating to the adjacent tenement block, to 10 storeys where it acts as a focal point to Marketgait, one of Dundee’s principal arteries.
