Hurd Rolland was commissioned to review the Property Portfolio for the Balcarres Estate in South Fife. Following a careful process of analysis, we identified twelve projects – where a variety of steadings, cottages and walled gardens could be successfully developed and modernised. By means of a series of high quality architectural interventions, this endeavour will lead to a broad and significant improvement to the built fabric across the Estate.
